Ok, so every since we got back from Miami more than three weeks ago, Gabriel has given up on his naps. Yeah, lucky me. :-) So his dad took him for a stroll around the neighborhood and well, lo and behold, he passed out.

Happy Father's Day!

A very Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! Especially to my father, now a grandfather too, and my husband. For all that you do that that is seen but most importantly, unseen, thank you. Mothers get a lot of the credit as they should, but a good father is priceless too and I've been blessed to have an awesome father and a wonderful husband and father to our son.

I love you both very much.

I got my sanity back....for awhile!

I work from home and also take care of Gabriel. Therefore since he has recently started standing up which will inevitably lead to WALKING, I knew a plan needed to be put into place. Now I can get work done and I don't have Gabriel unplugging my fax, chewing my cell phone charger or raiding my trash for anything he can put in his mouth! Serenity now........well, for now!

Never a dull moment...

Yesterday we went to lunch with my friends in St. Augustine. During that lunch, our waiter dropped a note right in front of me which I found kind of odd. At first I thought it could be a claim check ticket for the stroller we left at the front desk. I certainly knew he wasn't hitting on me and giving me his number as I was with my husband and child at the table. Nope, none of the above. We got quite the laugh when I realized what the note said!

I was soooo embarassed! I can't believe I forgot to cut the tag off my pants!
